Sugar is addictive (as addictive as drugs).
Sugar can cause cancer- Feeds cancer cells by creating an acidic environment which is connected with breast, ovarian, prostate, rectum, pancreas, biliary tract, lung, gallbladder and stomach cancers.
Sugar robs you of energy
Sugar contributes to anxiety and has even scientifically linked to depression.
