Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

Filled with protein, good fats and fiber that will make you feel full longer and fuel you for the day! One of my favorite smoothie recipes.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk

  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut butter

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
