PROGRAM PHASES
CLEANSE PHASE
1
This phase begins with elimination and eating simple foods for two days to prepare the body for better absorption, reduce cravings, improve digestion and reduce hunger.



DETOX PHASE
2
Your personalized meal plan starts at this phase and continues for a minimum of 14 days. This phase is free of additional oil. Patient report feeling less hungry, better energy, weight loss goal achieved and decreased cravings during this phase.



RELAXED PHASE
3
Additional foods are added to your daily meal plan. Treat meals, alcohol and the occasional chocolate are also included at this phase.



MAINTENANCE PHASE
4
You did it! You used the guidelines of the program and listen to the cues of your body to guide your food choices.

15-20 pounds is the average loss during this 8 week program. Up to 20 lbs may be released during the first 2 weeks of the program.
